Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the finance leadership team in Australia. Reporting to Group Financial Controller, this role acts as second-in-command within finance, overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance and audits while driving finance transformation.

You will lead a small accounting team, partner with senior stakeholders and drive improvements across processes, controls and reporting to enable growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified CA/CPA with membership.
• Proven leadership in finance roles (Finance Manager/FC) in multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audits and financial controls.

• Lead, mentor and develop a finance team.
• Oversee month-end close and accurate group reporting.
• Coordinate monthly Board reporting with insights for senior leadership.
• Manage statutory reporting, annual financial statements, and external audits.
• Strengthen financial controls and balance sheet governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support decisions.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvement, system optimisation and automation.
• Standardise financial processes and enhance reporting across the Group.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement and professional development.
