Job summary

Stockland is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Development Finance team on a 12-month contract to support Retail and Communities real estate projects in Australia. You will deliver feasibility modelling and scenario analysis, applying corporate finance expertise to provide clear insights that inform investment decisions across the development pipeline.

Collaboration with Finance and Development Managers will be essential to drive strategic choices during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting.
• Completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst within the Development Finance team, you will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across an exciting development pipeline.

Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply your corporate finance and accounting expertise to provide clear commercial insights that support Stockland's growth strategy. Your analysis will help guide strategic decision making across Retail and Communities projects during a dynamic period of expansion.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles
• A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting
• A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification
• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly
