• Strong payroll, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting and month-end reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate records across multiple projects.
• Confident communication with directors, project teams, brokers and external accountants.
• Must have Jobpac experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, creditor and debtor records, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll, superannuation and payroll tax, and reconcile leave balances and provisions.
• Coordinate subcontractor and project securities, including bank guarantees, surety bonds and return dates.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts, overhead budgets and project finance records.
• Complete month-end journals, reconciliations and the Jobpac close process, including work in progress and unearned revenue.
• Prepare monthly management reports and BAS/IAS information for lodgement by external accountant.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, workers compensation declarations and financial reporting for licensing.
• Manage end-of-financial-year payroll, Single Touch Payroll finalisation, TPAR and the Jobpac rollover, working with external accountant on annual requirements.

Key responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, creditor and debtor records, payments and bank reconciliations

Process payroll, superannuation and payroll tax, and reconcile leave balances and provisions
