Job summary

Legend Corporate Services Pty Limited seeks an experienced Finance Manager to deliver high-quality financial management, reporting and commercial support across assigned business units, partnering with leaders to interpret performance and drive financial discipline.

Reporting to Group Financial Controller, you will oversee month-end, cashflow, budgeting, audits and treasury, while guiding the Management Accountant and collaborating across Finance, Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong financial and management accounting experience.
• Experience in roles like Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant.
• Ability to analyse performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare cashflow reporting and Board inputs.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and treasury activities.
• Provide practical commercial insight with business units.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and SAP budgeting processes.
• Coordinate statutory, taxation and audit obligations for entities.
• Oversee insurance renewal processes and related stakeholders.
• Lead finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and coach the Management Accountant.
