Job summary

Norwest Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager in Western Sydney to own the local finance function and partner with the CFO and senior leadership. This on-site role requires you to manage the month-end close, BAS, payroll tax, and cashflow forecasting while leading a high-volume, Excel-driven environment.

You will deliver meaningful financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide commercial insights to drive decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA or CA with experience as Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
• Extensive Excel skills and comfort with high-volume data.
• Proven ability to provide commercial insights and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare BAS and Payroll Tax returns and manage payroll tax allocations.
• Oversee daily cash reporting and weekly cashflow forecasting for the Board.
