Job description

You're an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller who knows your numbers inside out, but, just as importantly, you genuinely enjoy leading people.

You're a warm, personable and encouraging leader who knows how to get the best from a capable team. You'll set clear expectations, provide direction and accountability, while also coaching, developing and bringing others along with you.

Technically, you're razor sharp. You'll bring extensive Australian taxation knowledge across FBT, payroll tax, GST/BAS and company tax, along with the confidence to take ownership of the compliance and reporting obligations that come with an organisation of this scale.

You're commercially minded, analytical and exceptional when it comes to detail. You can juggle competing priorities, meet multiple strict global deadlines and stay calm when there's plenty happening at once.

You're also a confident communicator who can build meaningful relationships throughout the organisation, influence when needed and translate complex financial information into something everyone can understand.

Ideally CA/CPA qualified, you'll have proven experience at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level and be ready to bring both the technical horsepower and leadership capability this position needs.
