Job summary

WGA, an AtkinsRéalis Company, is seeking a Finance Officer to join its Adelaide finance team. The successful candidate will perform key accounting tasks, support cash flow and reporting, and collaborate with a busy team in a local office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance or bookkeeping experience is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MYOB or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Professional, friendly manner and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process creditor invoices through ProSpend or equivalent system.
• Prepare account reconciliations and invoicing.
• Handle general accounts administration and office duties.
• Monitor Finance emails and perform data entry.
• Liaise with internal staff to resolve financial queries.
• Assist with debt collection activities.
