Responsibilities

Participate in finance and insurance sales teams to exceed targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase uptake of finance and insurance products.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners and internal stakeholders.
Conduct customer reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high service standards.
Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to drive business growth.
Manage compliance requirements within the finance and insurance department.
