Job summary

Bambi Enterprises Pty Ltd in West Gosford is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join the finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this broad, hands‑on role covers accounting, payroll and financial controls in a small team.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years’ bookkeeping and payroll experience, with Attaché or an equivalent ERP system, and strong Excel/Word skills. A bookkeeping qualification is desirable; a genuine broad finance role awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping and payroll experience.
• Experience with Attaché or an equivalent ERP/accounting system.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• A bookkeeping qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments with checks on pricing and approvals.
• Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions and prepayments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Prepare GST/BAS and other statutory information.
• Prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts.
• Maintain stock-take and stock reporting.
• Provide payroll and STP backup support.
• Support payroll and HR administration.
• Assist with overseas supplier payments and shipment-related finance activities.
• Provide general finance and administrative support to CFO and management.
