Job summary

FYI is a product-led SaaS company serving accountants worldwide. We seek a Finance Coordinator to support day-to-day finance operations, including payroll, AP/AR, payments and reconciliations, using Xero, Stripe, Wise and FYI.

This hands-on role suits someone with bookkeeping or finance coordination experience who enjoys process improvement and working across multiple systems. UK-based familiarity with FYI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bookkeeping/accounts coordination experience.
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, payments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll for global workforce and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle AP/AR, invoices, payments, expenses, and client invoicing.
• Process payments and reconciliations in Xero/Stripe/Wise and other systems.
• Support month-end/year-end activities and maintain financial records.
