Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee hotel finance and multi-site operations. You will partner with General Managers and department heads to deliver commercial insights, robust dashboards, and disciplined cost control across QT Hotels, Rydges, Atura, LyLo, and more.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and leadership of finance teams, with a focus on compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Background in hotel finance or multi-site operational finance.
• Strong commercial acumen with data interpretation to influence decisions.
• Experience managing financial controls and compliance.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers, Department Heads and Owners to provide commercial and financial support.
• Drive the use of dashboards and reporting tools across all departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and action planning.
• Maintain strong internal controls, compliance and financial policies.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, including revenue, payroll and F&B cost analysis.
• Safeguard assets through effective cash, debtor and stock controls.
• Lead general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations and monthly/annual reporting.
• Manage credit, payroll compliance, purchasing and accounts payable processes.
• Coach and develop finance and business support team members.
• Promote a disciplined cost-control culture and commercial mindset across all properties.
