PYBAR Mining Services is seeking a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant to join our Orange-based Finance team. You will work with finance and operations to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting across national operations.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, variance analysis and support month‑end/year‑end processes, BAS obligations, and cash flow. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ post‑graduate experience are required, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience extracting, analysing and reporting data from ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Assist month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Develop financial reports, analysis and models for operational and capital decisions.
• Manage accounts receivable and support cash flow performance.
• Ensure BAS and statutory reporting obligations are met.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and advice.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
