Airport Development Group (ADG) in Cairns is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner - Asset Management to drive the financial performance, reporting and governance of a growing capital projects portfolio. You will partner with senior stakeholders and lead two Project Cost Controllers to deliver robust capital planning and asset accounting.

Based in Cairns, this role reports to the CFO and focuses on forecasting, reporting and strategic financial insights across aviation infrastructure

Competenze

• CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (or currently working towards qualification).
• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in capital project finance, asset accounting and business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Aviation, infrastructure, construction or other capital-intensive industries.

Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner - Asset Management to support the financial performance, reporting and governance of our growing capital projects portfolio. Based in Cairns, this role offers the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, provide strategic financial insights and contribute to the delivery of critical aviation infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a team of two Project Cost Controllers, you will play a key role in capital planning, forecasting, reporting and asset accounting across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

About You
