Airport Development Group (ADG) invites applications for a Delivery Manager to lead capital projects across its airport portfolio. You will govern project lifecycles, interface with external partners, and ensure outcomes align with business cases, funding and strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in project management or related field, plus proven experience in infrastructure or capital works, with strong governance and commercial skills.

Deliver Major Infrastructure Projects That Shape the Future of Northern Australia

Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Capital Projects team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of airport and infrastructure projects across our airports.

Reporting to the Director of Capital, you will act as ADG's representative throughout the project lifecycle, providing governance, oversight and assurance to ensure capital projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved business cases, funding requirements and strategic objectives.

About the Role

As Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of capital proposals and projects within ADG's capital program. You will work closely with external consultants, contractors, executive stakeholders and operational teams to ensure projects progress through the appropriate governance frameworks and achieve desired business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery and governance of capital projects across the ADG portfolio
• Acting as the primary interface between ADG and external delivery partners
• Monitoring contractor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and KPIs
• Conducting project assurance reviews, compliance audits and governance assessments
• Reviewing project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, variations and commercial performance
• Preparing and presenting project reports, recommendations and governance submissions
• Supporting Executive, Capital Investment Committee and Board approval processes
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and industry partners
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory and operational requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing infrastructure, construction or capital works projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, controls and capital investment processes
• Experience managing contractor and consultant performance
• Proven capability in project assurance, compliance, audit or governance activities
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Ability to successfully complete an Australian Federal Police Check
• Current NT Driver's Licence

Desirable:

• Experience within aviation, transport, defence or critical infrastructure sectors
• Experience working with outsourced project management and engineering consultancies
• Programme Management Office (PMO) experience
• Membership of AIPM, PMI or equivalent professional body
