Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated invites applications for a Finance Business Partner based at our head office in Wayville. This full-time, permanent role partners with the Community Services division to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across home care packages, residential care, and government reporting.

You will work with Community Service Managers to provide strategic insights, support informed decision making, and help deliver positive outcomes for older Australians.

Qualifications

• Five years postgraduate work experience in finance/accounting.
• Membership of a Professional Accounting Body such as CPA, CA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Services division as a key member of the finance team.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support informed decision making.
• Work closely with Community Service Managers to deliver insights.
• Communicate effectively to drive performance and positive outcomes.
• Support services that improve the lives of older people.
