Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated invites applications for a Finance Business Partner based at our head office in Wayville. This full-time, permanent role partners with the Community Services division to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across home care packages, residential care, and government reporting.

You will work with Community Service Managers to provide strategic insights, support informed decision making, and help deliver positive outcomes for older Australians.

Qualifications

• Five years postgraduate work experience in finance/accounting.
• Membership of a Professional Accounting Body such as CPA, CA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with our Community Services division. • Membership of a Professional Accounting Body such as CPA, CA or equivalent.

Required Skills

• Experience with computerised accounting systems.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including an advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial and accounting reports report/amend discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
