Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Community Services to join our finance team at the Wayville head office. This permanent, full‑time role partners with the Community Services division to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis that supports informed decision‑making across the business.

You will work closely with Community Service Managers, using your strong communication and partnering skills to provide strategic insights that drive performance and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting qualification and professional body membership.
• Postgraduate experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience with computerised accounting systems and accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Finance Business Partner Community Services

We’re looking for a talented Finance Business Partner – Community Services to join our finance team, based at our modern head office in Wayville.

In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with our Community Services division. You will bring your expertise in financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support informed decision-making across the business. Working closely with Community Service Managers, you will use your strong communication and partnering skills to provide strategic insights that drive performance and positive outcomes.

You will have

• Qualification in Finance/Accounting with five years post graduate work experience.
• Membership of a Professional Accounting Body such as CPA, CA or equivalent.
• Experience with computerised accounting systems.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including an advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial and accounting reports report/amend discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
