Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Community Services to join our head office finance team in Wayville. You will partner with the Community Services division to provide budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial insights to guide decisions and drive outcomes.

You will work with Community Service Managers and the broader finance team to ensure robust financial reporting, analysis, and performance improvements in services for older people.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent qualification.
• Professional accounting body membership (CPA/CA or equivalent).
• Experience with computerised accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Services division to provide strategic financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Community Service Managers and finance team to ensure accuracy in reports.
