Job summary

Endeavour Group is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for Retail eCommerce (BWS) to lead commercial finance for our digital channels. You will partner with eCommerce and Ultra Convenience teams to drive strategic growth, optimise investments, and deliver performance reporting for a multi-hundred-million eCommerce portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience with CA/CPA qualification.
• Strong background in Retail or FMCG with commercial/operational drivers.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders across digital/omnichannel.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and leading financial transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BWS eCommerce and Ultra Convenience leaders to align initiatives with group outcomes and evaluate growth channels.
• Own strategic financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term outlooks with early warning signals.
• Optimise digital cost base including delivery, fulfillment, and overhead allocations to maximise profit.
• Establish robust reporting frameworks (shadow P&Ls and Ultra Convenience metrics) using market trends and digital metrics.
• Evaluate digital investment choices, build business cases, measure post-implementation benefits.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Merchandise, Marketing, Loyalty and Operations to ensure visibility of financial drivers.
