Jemena is seeking a Finance Automation & Improvement Manager to lead automation, reporting and process improvement initiatives across Finance, Data and Technology in Melbourne, Australia. The role focuses on delivering measurable business value, simplifying processes, strengthening controls and improving decision-making.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor a small team and drive continuous improvement across the Finance function.

Qualificações

• Finance, commerce, business or IS qualifications; CA/CPA advantageous.
• Strong finance operations knowledge: planning, forecasting, reporting, insights.
• Experience leading automation, reporting and data solutions for business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI; S/4HANA highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with focus on data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation, reporting and process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Finance improvement opportunities, balancing impact, effort and risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve decision-making.
• Deliver practical solutions from discovery and design through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Data and Operations to achieve successful outcomes.
• Mentor a small team while driving meaningful change and continuous improvement across the Finance function.
