Job summary

Jemena is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Planning & Analysis to partner with stakeholders, deliver robust financial planning, and provide insightful analysis across the organisation. You’ll build planning models, support budgets and forecasts, and contribute to senior leadership reporting.

The role involves improving tools and processes, including SAP and Power BI, within a collaborative finance team in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a large or complex organisation.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support thoughtful planning and decision-making.
• Provide scenario analysis and guidance to help leaders navigate complex decisions.
• Support delivery of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans.
• Contribute to clear and engaging reporting for senior leadership; assist with tool enhancements (SAP/Power BI).
