Jemena in Australia is seeking a Systems & Reporting Manager to lead automation, reporting and finance processes across Finance, Data and Technology. You will deliver practical solutions using Power BI, Databricks and core finance systems to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

You will build a pipeline of improvement opportunities, partner with stakeholders, mentor a small team and drive benefits realisation across the finance function.

Competenze

• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Business or Information Systems; CA or CPA qualifications advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations, including planning, forecasting, reporting and performance insights.
• Ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve ways of working.
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering automation, reporting and data solutions to deliver practical business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and other business intelligence tools; S/4HANA experience is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, Excel and problem-solving skills, with a focus on sustainable improvements and data quality.
