Job summary

Stockland is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Development Finance team on a 12-month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects in Sydney. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to guide investment decisions across an active development pipeline.

You'll work closely with Finance and Development Managers, applying corporate finance expertise to provide clear insights that drive Stockland’s growth strategy in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles.
• A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting.
• A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification.
• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
