Job summary

ContiTech Australia, a global industrial materials leader, seeks a Finance Analyst to support performance analysis, management reporting, and digitalization initiatives. You will report to the Head of Finance and drive automation across Group, BA, and Segment reporting, improving visibility and decision support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/SAP.

Qualifications

A qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Digitalization, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Analysis, Management Reporting, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
Strong experience in sales, margin, and profitability analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI and SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate MPR, KPI reporting, management commentary, weekly estimates, and other management reporting requirements.
Drive finance digitalization, reporting automation, dashboard development, and process improvements.
Lead the development of finance reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP, AI, and other digital tools.
Analyze sales, margin, and profitability across customers, products, and segments.
Monitor customer rebate programs and related financial impacts.
Oversee accounts receivable performance, overdue balances, and working capital metrics.
Coordinate local statutory reporting requirements and support annual audits.
