BYD North Lakes is seeking a motivated Finance Administrator to support our Finance & Insurance team during the vehicle purchase journey. Working alongside an experienced F&I Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience and start a career in automotive finance.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Automotive Finance & Insurance. Working alongside an experienced F&I Consultant, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the training needed to progress into a consultant role in the future.

About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you'll provide administrative and customer support to our Finance & Insurance team, helping ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with finance applications and supporting documentation
• Liaising with customers, lenders and internal departments
• Preparing paperwork and finance contracts for completion
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
• Coordinating settlements and following up outstanding information
• Supporting the F&I Consultant with daily administrative tasks
• Delivering exceptional customer service and communication
