BYD North Lakes is seeking a motivated Finance Administrator to join our Finance & Insurance team, supporting finance applications, documentation, and customer interactions throughout the vehicle purchase journey.

Working alongside an experienced F&I Consultant, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the training needed to progress into a consultant role in the future.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration, customer service or sales experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with using computer systems and learning new processes.

Aufgaben

• Assist with finance applications and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with customers, lenders and internal departments.
• Prepare paperwork and finance contracts for completion.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate settlements and follow up outstanding information.
• Support the F&I Consultant with daily administrative tasks.
