Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Reporting role based in Adelaide, primarily responsible for invoicing, accounts payable, payroll support and delivering outstanding customer service to stakeholders.

You will be part of a collaborative finance team, reconciling batch reports, updating rostering data, and driving process improvements using Excel macros. The role offers private parking and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of Fair Work, NES, ATO guidelines.
• Knowledge in payroll systems and HRIS (WorkDay desirable).
• RTR Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including macros.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and approve batch AR, manage rostering data accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll between State Operations and National Payroll teams; ensure timely pay runs.
• Manage invoice approvals and payments, resolving disputes and liaising with suppliers as needed.
• Update subcontractor hourly rates on the rostering system.
• Provide backup support for Finance team and run reports; drive process improvements via Excel macros.
