Job summary

• Experience in finance administration, accounts payable, procurement administration, contract administration or commercial operations.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards and management information.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders and contract documents.
• Coordinate contract renewals, extensions and vendor administration activities.
• Monitor contract utilisation, expenditure, funding consumption and renewal obligations.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards and briefing materials for decision making.
• Maintain records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and financial controls.
