Red Dust Holdings is seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator (GPS/UTS) for full-time roles across civil construction projects in Western Australia. You’ll operate brand-new CAT 150 graders, delivering precise final trim work on a range of sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating graders in civil construction.
• Extensive Final Trim experience using GPS/UTS (Trimble or Topcon).
• Current HR Driver's License and RIIMPO324 ticket.

• Deliver precise batters, pavements, shoulders, drains, intersections.

Due to a strong pipeline of work and the addition of five brand new CAT 150 graders to our fleet, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators with GPS / UTS experience to join us on various projects, including Main Roads WA scopes. We're looking for operators who take pride in producing quality work, look after their machines, work well within a crew and have a strong commitment to safety.

In this role, you will deliver precise final trim works using GPS/UTS systems, ensuring all project specifications are achieved with accuracy and efficiency. You will work across detailed scopes including shoulders, intersections, culverts, aerodrome upgrades, and road maintenance, while taking pride in your machine and consistently maintaining a high standard of safety, care, and compliance on every project.

What you'll be doing

• Operating GPS/UTS-equipped graders to complete high-quality final trim works
• Delivering precise batters, pavements, shoulders, drains, intersections and road formations
• Working on Main Roads WA and other civil infrastructure projects
• Working alongside experienced civil crews across Regional WA
• Completing pre-starts and maintaining equipment to a high standard
• Maintaining compliance with all site safety and quality requirements

Skills, Experience and Abilities

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating graders in civil construction
• Extensive Final Trim experience using GPS/UTS (Trimble or Topcon)
• Broad civil construction experience operating various mobile plant
• Main Roads WA project experience highly regarded
• Current HR Driver's License (minimum)
• Relevant Operating Ticket (RIIMPO324)
• Cert III in Civil Construction (highly regarded)
• White or Blue Construction Induction Card
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass ongoing drug & alcohol testing, thorough pre-employment medical
