Job summary

Red Dust Holdings is seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator (GPS/UTS) for full-time roles across civil construction projects in Western Australia. You’ll operate brand-new CAT 150 graders, delivering precise final trim work on a range of sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating graders in civil construction.
• Extensive Final Trim experience using GPS/UTS (Trimble or Topcon).
• Current HR Driver's License and RIIMPO324 ticket.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPS/UTS‑equipped graders to complete final trim works.
• Deliver precise batters, pavements, shoulders, drains, intersections.
• Work on Main Roads WA and other civil infrastructure projects.
• Maintain equipment and comply with site safety requirements.
• Collaborate with civil crews across Regional WA.
