Fig & Olive Bar Bistro in Brisbane CBD is seeking an energetic Restaurant Venue Manager to lead the busy venue and bar. You will own day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a corporate city setting.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, a passion for food & beverage, and the ability to manage costs while delivering revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Venue Manager (or similar role).
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage culture.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with focus on driving revenue.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• RMLV qualification is highly regarded.

• Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse front-of-house team.

Restaurant Venue Manager – FIG & OLIVE BAR BISTRO (Brisbane CBD)

Fig & Olive Bar Bistro is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Venue Manager to lead our inner-city restaurant and bar. Located on Eagle Street, in the heart of Brisbane CBD, Fig & Olive is a vibrant destination with a reputation for great food, quality staff and a buzzing atmoshphere.

We’re looking for someone with a strong back ground in food to bring energy, leadership, and a strong operational mindset to drive the venue forward. Isles Lane is unlike any other restaurant, as its city corporate clientele have made it their local, where everyone who visits is instantly one of us and on the journey with our team.

About the Role

As the Restaurant Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar
