Fig & Olive Bar Bistro in Brisbane CBD is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Venue Manager to lead our inner-city restaurant and bar. You will own day-to-day operations and inspire a high-performing team.

With a strong hospitality background, you’ll drive guest experiences, manage rostering and KPI performance, and partner with senior management on strategy and growth. This role offers corporate-friendly hours and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Venue Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue.
• RMLV certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse front-of-house team.
• End to end management of corporate catering within the Eagle street business precinct.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences, noting we have a large regular client base.
• Manage rostering, labour costs, and wage budgets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Work closely with senior management on strategy and growth.
