Job summary

Iconic Catering is seeking an experienced Relief Village Manager and qualified chef to lead the daily operations of our remote village and mine site, supporting up to 200 residents with catering, accommodation and site services. You will manage a hands-on team of chefs, drivers and housekeeping staff, oversee budgets and safety standards, and liaise with client representatives to deliver exceptional service.

FIFO roster and WA location offer structured, long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef with relevant safety certifications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Village Manager in hospitality or mining.
• Strong cooking, food safety and customer service focus.
• Proficient with data reporting and site budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering, accommodation, and village operations.
• Lead chefs, drivers/utilities, and housekeeping staff.
• Manage budgets, reporting and compliance.
• Maintain HSEQ and HR standards across site.
• Plan rosters, site events, and daily pre-start meetings.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and clients on site.
