Job summary

Liontown Limited is seeking a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent for an 18-month FIFO role from Perth to Kathleen Valley in Western Australia. The role focuses on safety leadership, contractor coordination, and delivery of mining process plant upgrades within a staged expansion plan.

You will work with experienced project engineers and managers, ensuring alignment with HSE procedures, schedule, and quality standards across underground development, surface infrastructure, and processing

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, health and environmental management on construction sites.
• Supervision of contractors and coordination of multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with mining process plant upgrades or expansions.
• Knowledge of WA mine site induction, tickets and medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health & Environment – support Construction Manager to meet HSE obligations.
• Construction - coordinate with contractor supervisors to keep work safe and on schedule.
• Quality - ensure compliance with QMP and drawings/specs; coordinate site walkdowns.
• Schedule - monitor construction progress and produce progress reports.
