Job summary

Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Multidisciplinary Site Supervisor to deliver Non-Process Infrastructure projects for a Tier 1 client. This FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster offers a fixed-term contract with strong extension potential.

You will lead on-site teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and coordinate diverse trades to ensure project milestones are met. A recognised trade qualification or degree, plus 5+ years in construction, are required.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification or relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction in a similar role.
• Schedule 26 is highly desirable.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering NPI projects across the resources sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and material on site across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical/controls and infrastructure works.
• Develop look-ahead programs and detailed daily/weekly work plans.
• Provide technical/logistical support and manage TQs and variations.
• Review drawings, specs, and AFC/noise controls; monitor tool delivery and readiness.
• Lead pre-start meetings and ensure compliance with HSE policies and permit-to-work.
• Report to Site/Deputy Manager and maintain strong client relations on site.
