Hitachi Rail is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site civil construction activities in a fast-paced environment. The 2:1 FIFO roster operates between Karratha and Perth, focusing on earthworks, foundations, drainage, and concrete structures.

You will read blueprints, enforce HSE standards, coordinate subcontractors, prepare progress reports, and ensure work meets drawings and quality standards within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site (earthworks, foundations, concrete, drainage, paving).
• Enforce HSE regulations and Hitachi policies on site.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and track resource use.
• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
