Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead three villages under a Tier One client across QLD and SA. This senior role blends hands-on operational leadership with strong commercial oversight on occupancy, revenue, safety and service standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop site leaders, build trusted client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while delivering EBITDA targets on a 5:2 roster with weekly site travel.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in contract management across multiple client contracts.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets while delivering service excellence.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management; capable of leading village managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across three villages, ensuring safe, profitable service delivery.
• Coach and develop Village Managers, set objectives and drive accountability.
• Oversee client relationships, occupancy, revenue, and service levels per contracts.
• Maintain safety, quality and environmental standards (ISO/HACCP).
• Provide commercial oversight, including budgets and EBITDA targets.
