Job summary

Civeo is seeking a commercially minded Operations Manager based in Perth with regular FIFO travel to lead and optimise multiple WA village operations. You will partner with Village Managers and senior leaders to drive performance, safety and high-quality service delivery across diverse client sites.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, stakeholder management and a proactive, outcomes-driven approach to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multi-site operations within accommodation, hospitality, resource sector services, facilities management or remote workforce environments.
• Proven success managing multiple contracts, clients and operational scopes simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and operational performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop geographically dispersed teams.
• A practical, solutions-focused leadership style with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Willingness to undertake regular FIFO travel across Western Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across multiple village locations, ensuring service excellence, compliance and commercial outcomes.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to Village Managers and site leadership teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner.
• Drive consistency, governance and operational standards across all sites.
• Partner with Finance, HSQE, IT, Retail Operations and other support functions to deliver business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Support mobilisation, business growth initiatives and operational improvement projects as required.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement.
