Job summary

Monadelphous Goldfields is seeking experienced Mechanical / Structural Supervisors to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA.

You will lead site crews on maintenance and project works, including structural steel fabrication and replacement, tank refurbishment, handrail and grating replacement, and shutdown activities, while driving safety and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical, structural or maintenance crews in mining, construction, or major projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site crews across maintenance and project works.
• Oversee structural steel fabrication and replacement.
• Oversee tank refurbishment and replacement programs.
• Supervise handrail and grating replacement.
• Coordinate launder refurbishment works and shutdown activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project execution.
• Drive safety culture across crews and work fronts.
