Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a HR Advisory / HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and industrial relations frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR and ER matters on-site.
• Develop and review HR processes to support the organisation.
• Provide coaching and training to Managers on HR practices.
• Manage workplace people issues and grievances.
