Job summary

Whittens is recruiting FRP Supervisors to work on a large FRP Tunnel infrastructure project in NSW on a 2/1 FIFO roster. Your role is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of FRP works.

You will lead a self-perform FRP crew, uphold safety and environmental standards, and promote a collaborative culture with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level managing a self-perform FRP crew with a Civil contractor.
• Experience with Tunnel lining construction, expertise using DOKA / Travelling formwork system
• Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
• Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve

Responsibilities

• Your overall responsibility is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce including direct labour (FRP) execute construction works safely, efficiently, and effectively.
