Job summary

Your new role involves performing preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance across fixed plant equipment in a mining and processing setting. You will diagnose faults, repair equipment and work with operations to improve reliability and availability, while maintaining strict safety practices and maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Trade-qualified mechanical fitter or equivalent with proven maintenance experience.
  • Experience maintaining fixed plant equipment in mining, processing, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment including conveyors, crushers, screens and pumps.
  • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and contribute to equipment reliability initiatives.
  • Maintain inspections and maintenance documentation while supporting and guiding less experienced team members.
