Job summary

Engineeringtradesaustralia currently seeks experienced Fixed Plant Maintenance Electricians for FIFO roles across Western Australia. Join established mining operations and maintenance teams with strong hands-on experience on fixed plant, processing facilities and mining equipment.

Your duties include preventative and breakdown electrical maintenance on fixed plant, fault finding, testing and reporting, with opportunity for ongoing long-term placements and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Experience in fixed plant maintenance in mining environments.
Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Maintenance of fixed plant components including conveyors, crushers and pumps.
Current CPR and LVR
White Card and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Preventative and breakdown electrical maintenance on fixed plant.
Electrical fault finding and diagnostics.
Maintenance of conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps and processing equipment.
Testing, isolation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Installation, repairs and replacement of electrical components.
Planned maintenance and shutdown work.
