Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited in Western Australia is seeking Mechanical Fitters with a background in processing and fixed plant maintenance to join our team on full-time positions at our lithium mine sites.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant equipment, respond to breakdowns, calibrate instruments, and work with the planning team to improve reliability while enjoying on-site training, career progression, and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience with fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant machinery and equipment.
  • Attend to breakdowns and support plant reliability improvements with Planning Team.
  • Calibrate instruments and operate fixed and mobile plant machinery.
  • Participate in pre-employment and safety checks.
