Job summary

Whittens, a family-owned civil construction contractor, is recruiting a 2/1 FIFO Contracts Administrator to join the project team in NSW. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee contracts administration, including head contract management and claims processing for the FRP infrastructure and tunnel lining scope.

To succeed, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have civil contracting experience, and demonstrate strong cost control, contract interpretation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields is required.
• Experience with a Civil Contractor in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with a self-perform civil contractor is highly regarded.
• Ability to understand, interpret and administer contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong cost control and reporting capability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage head contracts and subcontract administration for the project.
• Oversee bill of quantities and claims management.
• Support cost control and reporting for the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Commercial team.
