Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced concreters to join an infrastructure crew in Queensland, with FIFO options and a 7/7 roster. Roles involve concrete finishing, machine operation, and working across Peak Downs and Caval Ridge Mine.

The position offers ongoing work with no fixed end date and opportunities to move between projects as needs evolve. Current BMA pass-out and mining inductions are essential requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Concrete preparation, pouring, placing and finishing.
• Operating excavators and skid-steers when required.
• Assisting with site preparation and general infrastructure works.
• Following site procedures, safety standards and work instructions.
• Working collaboratively with the infrastructure crew across multiple projects.

Fetch Recruitment is seeking experienced Concreters with excavator and skid-steer operating experience to join an infrastructure crew working across Peak Downs and Caval Ridge Mine in Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for multi-skilled workers looking for ongoing FIFO mining work, with no set end date. You'll be part of an infrastructure crew moving between projects as work requirements change.

About the Role

• General civil and mining infrastructure concreting
• Concrete preparation, pouring, placing and finishing
• Operating excavators and skid-steers when required
• Assisting with site preparation and general infrastructure works
• Following site procedures, safety standards and work instructions
• Working collaboratively with the infrastructure crew across multiple projects

Essential Requirements

• Proven concreting experience
• Current BMA pass-out – essential
• Excavator operating experience
• Skid‑steer operating experience
• Relevant machine competencies and tickets
• Current mining inductions and required site documentation
• Ability to pass site medical and drug and alcohol testing
• Strong safety awareness and a reliable work ethic
• Availability to work a 7/7 roster
