Civeo Australia is seeking FIFO Hospitality Supervisors for WA mine site villages to lead on-site dining, cleaning and housekeeping teams. This hands-on role focuses on delivering an exceptional village experience and strong team performance.

Successful candidates will have proven FIFO or hospitality leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced environment. WA driving license and pre-employment checks are required.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within the FIFO or hospitality industry (high volume and fast-paced)
• Valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Current WA driver’s license (manual preferred)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and consent to background checks
• Passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (team player and leader)
• Attention-to-detail, commitment to quality, and calm in nature
• Strong administrative skills and experience with learning new systems
