• Lead and manage cleaning operations across sites and FIFO locations.
• Supervise staff, ensure daily execution and quality standards.
• Provide strong leadership to teams, driving engagement and performance.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with client and company expectations.
• Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and resource planning.
• Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and contractual requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning, development, and performance management.
