Job summary

Alpha Mine Site Services & Construction seeks an Assistant Facility Manager to support camp village operations on a FIFO/DIDO roster. Based near Toowoomba, you will supervise staff, manage rosters, ensure safety/HACCP compliance, and step in during Camp Manager absences.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing/supervising staff.
• Experience with rostering.
• Knowledge of booking systems.
• Approved managers certification required.
• Manual Driver's License.
• White Card.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug screen.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain one).
• Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred.
• FIFO/DIDO experience preferred.
• Forklift ticket preferred.
• HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Manager and supervise staff on camp operations.
• Roster staff and ensure scheduling aligns with site rosters.
• Oversee camp operations during Camp Manager's absence.
• Based at the camp village with on-site facilities and services.
