Job summary

LeWrap Australia is seeking a practical Field Trainer to work with our stores and franchisees. This hands-on role involves coaching teams in food prep, customer service and store procedures to ensure a consistent LeWrap experience across locations.

You will visit stores, identify training gaps, deliver structured programs, and support openings with a hands-on, positive leadership style. Travel between stores is required to maintain high standards and operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QSR, fast-food, hospitality or food retail environment.
• Experience training, coaching or developing team members.
• Ability to lead by example and support varied experience levels.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between stores and support openings.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing team members in food preparation, customer service and day to day store procedures.
• Support new franchisees and store teams through structured training programs and new store openings.
• Visit stores to assess operational performance, identify training gaps and provide hands on coaching.
• Reinforce LeWrap's standards in food safety, food quality, cleanliness, presentation and customer experience.
• Monitor training progress, provide constructive feedback and follow up to ensure improvements are achieved.
• Assist with developing and maintaining training resources, guides and operational tools.
• Work closely with franchisees, the Area Manager and Head Office to support ongoing store performance and operational consistency.
